What is Sermorelin?
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is a peptide hormone that plays a crucial role in growth, development, and overall health. It’s produced by the pituitary gland, a small gland located at the base of the brain. HGH stimulates growth, cell reproduction, and regeneration in humans. HGH also helps regulate various metabolic processes in the body, including fat metabolism and muscle growth. As people age, the production of HGH tends to decline. In fact, HGH levels begin to decline around age 30 and by your mid-50’s, HGH levels decrease by up to 80%.

How to use Sermorelin?
Since Sermorelin is a peptide (think protein/amino acid structure), you are not able to swallow Sermorelin and therefore it must be injected. It is often injected once daily at bedtime with a small needle into the fat. Human growth hormone is primarily released during sleep and most beneficial to the body’s recovery and repair during this time. Your doctor will provide you with a custom dose based on your age, weight and specific circumstances. It is also important to not eat anything for 2-3 hours before your injection since insulin (which is released after a meal) may counteract Sermorelin and interfere with your HGH release.
